SI Joint Pain Treatment in [City, State]

As chiropractors, we’ve seen our fair share of patients suffering from sacroiliac (SI) joint discomfort. It’s a vital portion of our bodies, linking the sacrum to the ilium in the pelvis and supporting the upper body’s weight while allowing us to move. It is, however, a region prone to pain and discomfort, such as lower back pain, hip pain, sciatica, and SI joint pain. While some people seek standard medical therapies like pain medication, physical therapy, or even surgery, others prefer more natural, alternative solutions. This is where chiropractic care comes in.

Our approach considers the entire individual, not just the symptoms they are experiencing. Our clinic staff begins by providing a comprehensive consultation and examination to grasp the patient’s situation fully. We will create a personalized treatment plan, including chiropractic care, massage therapy, deep-tissue laser therapy, and therapeutic exercises. We are committed to assisting our patients in finding relief from SI joint discomfort without harsh treatments or medicines. Our objective is to enhance joint function and expand our patients’ range of motion while decreasing pain.

How We Treat SI Joint Pain In [City, State]

Consultation and Examination

A thorough consultation and examination is the first step in managing your SI joint discomfort. We will obtain critical information about your medical history and symptoms at this session, do a comprehensive physical examination, and may utilize imaging methods such as X-rays or MRIs to better understand your condition. Our chiropractors will work with you to determine the source of your discomfort and create a personalized treatment plan for your unique requirements and objectives.

Specific Chiropractic Care in [City, State]

Chiropractors employ a range of treatments, including particular chiropractic therapy, to help relieve SI joint discomfort. Manual adjustments and manipulations realign the sacrum and ilium bones and restore correct function to the SI joint in this form of therapy. Our chiropractors are extremely experienced in these procedures and have vast experience treating people suffering from SI joint discomfort.

Massage Therapy and Soft Tissue Work

As part of our SI joint pain treatment strategy, we provide massage therapy, soft tissue treatments, and chiropractic care. Massage treatment may assist in relaxing tight muscles and promoting circulation, which can help to decrease inflammation and discomfort. To assist in targeting the same regions contributing to your pain, our therapists employ a variety of treatments, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is frequently included in our SI joint pain treatment regimens since it may assist in strengthening the muscles that support the SI joint and improve your general stability and flexibility. Our chiropractors will work with you to create a tailored exercise program that addresses your specific requirements and objectives and will guide you through a series of exercises that will help you increase your strength and flexibility over time.

Deep Tissue Laser

We use deep-tissue laser to accelerate healing. This treatment employs low-level lasers to penetrate deep into the tissue, boosting blood flow, lowering inflammation, and aiding in pain relief. The treatment is non-invasive, safe, and effective and significantly reduces pain in many people suffering from SI joint discomfort.

Dr. Cecily is an awesome diagnostician! I am a massage therapist and I always sent my clients to her when she lived here in Colorado because I knew she could figure out what was going on in their bodies. I also knew she would take the time to really give them what they needed. My whole family were her patients. She releases every joint in your body from the feet to the jaw, which is a very myofascially sound way to do chiropractic, since everything is connected. I always felt like her adjustments held better than any chiro I had ever been to. We miss her!

Never been to this location, but Dr. Cecily moved out to Springfield from Colorado. While in Colorado I saw her at least once a week for 6 years straight. Without her my pain would be intolerable. I had many injury's occur during the 6 year span. Each one was taken care of by Dr. C. Each one could have easily ended my career, but because of Dr. Cecily's experience in her craft I am still able to be in the field doing my job. As a trade worker I would highly recommend her to help take care of you. Your days at work will be less plagued by aches and pains. When any injuries are suffered, on or off the job, Cecily will do all she can to ease pain, and help the healing process. She is one of the few doctors I've met that cares more about you as a patient and getting you feeling better then money, or prestige. I hope all reading this (especially fellow trade workers) don't hesitate to request Dr. Cecily, you will not regret it.

I saw the reviews from other patients, all looked good then asked a co- worker where he goes for chiropractic care. He told me Springfield Wellness. It was a great choice. I was waking up with a headache every other night prior to coming here. Now none, anyone that suffers from headaches understands this relief. First appointment, Dr Pat asked me what I wanted to achieve, he took pictures with I pad which showed how out of align my body was. Been going twice a week, in and out. No waiting around. I feel like they value your time. Highly recommend Dr Pat at Wellness Center.

We work with patients to determine the root cause of their pain and create a treatment plan that targets the particular elements contributing to their condition. Whether you have SI joint discomfort due to a recent accident or a persistent issue, our chiropractors can help you find relief and return to the activities you like.

We believe in a natural, holistic approach to treating SI joint discomfort. We’re dedicated to assisting you in finding pain relief and getting back to enjoying your life to the fullest. The sacroiliac (SI) joint is a crucial part of the human body since it connects the sacrum to the ilium in the pelvis. Despite its importance, sacroiliac joint discomfort is only one of several painful disorders that can affect this area. Understanding the root causes of SI joint discomfort is essential for developing an effective treatment strategy.

Traumatic Injury

Pain in the SI joint may result from trauma to the lower back or pelvis, which can cause damage to or misalignment of the joint. Injuries to the SI joint, such as those sustained in a fall or automobile crash, can cause significant discomfort. Seek immediate medical assistance if you have experienced a major accident and have pain in your SI joint.

Pregnancy

Weight gain, hormonal shifts, and more strain on the lower back and pelvis are just a few physical changes in a woman’s body during pregnancy. The SI joint may become painful as a result of these alterations. The SI joint may experience discomfort due to the increased likelihood of pelvic girdle pain in pregnant women.

Arthritis

Arthritis is a painful joint ailment caused by inflammation. The SI joint is vulnerable to several arthritic conditions, including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is essential to consult with a medical professional to figure out the best course of action if you have been diagnosed with arthritis and are having pain in your SI joint. Chiropractic care is an effective approach to managing arthritis symptoms.

Scoliosis

In scoliosis, an abnormal spine curvature to one side causes severe physical distress. Some people with scoliosis have discomfort in the SI joint because of the condition. If you have been diagnosed with scoliosis and are having discomfort in your SI joint, you must seek medical assistance and consult with your doctor to identify the most appropriate course of action.

Spinal Fusion

“Spinal Fusion” refers to a surgical operation fusing two or more vertebrae together. There may be pain and discomfort in the SI joint after spinal fusion surgery. If you’ve just had spinal fusion surgery and have SI joint discomfort, you must see your doctor about the best course of action.

How is SI joint discomfort identified?

A physical examination, medical history review, and imaging tests such as X-rays, MRI scans, or CT scans can be used to identify SI joint discomfort.
